Current Programs
Below are carefully crafted programs to help the women in our community meet their diverse fitness goals no matter what stage of life they're in. My programs are ran with three participants, this ensures the quality of one on one personal training at a much more economical price. Participants of every program receive multiple on one on consultations with me to review goals and progress as well as nutritional guidance and open communication with me as their trainer.
